Why reaction time matters more than you think
Reaction time is the milliseconds between a stimulus appearing and your response. 1. Consistent reaction training
The most reliable way to improve is targeted practice with variable timing. If the stimulus always appears on a predictable beat, your brain learns the rhythm rather than the response.
